As you find a comfortable position, allow your body to relax, and your breath to deepen.

PAUSE…

Begin by noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.

Feel the cool air entering your nostrils, filling your lungs, and the warm air flowing out.

With each exhale, imagine releasing all the stress and worries of the day.

PAUSE…

As you continue to breathe deeply, picture yourself in a tranquil, safe place.

It could be a quiet beach, a lush forest, or a cozy room.

Wherever it is, feel yourself completely supported and at ease.

PAUSE…

With every inhale, draw in calmness and peace.

With every exhale, let go of any tightness, any discomfort you feel.

Release the tension from your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your back.

Let it flow out with your breath, leaving your body lighter and more relaxed.

PAUSE…

Now, imagine all the stress and negative thoughts gathering as a dark cloud above you.

Each time you exhale,

Blow some of this cloud away.

Watch as it gets smaller and smaller,

Dispersing into the vast, open sky.

LONG PAUSE…

Focus on your heart.

Envision a warm, gentle light glowing there, expanding with each breath.

Feel this light spreading throughout your body,

Soothing and healing as it moves.

PAUSE…

Feel your body becoming heavier, sinking into the surface beneath you.

With each breath, you are more relaxed, more at peace.

LONG PAUSE…

Sweet dreams, beautiful.
