After being off social media completely for 18 months, I’ve spent the last six months slowly reintroducing it into my life. In this episode, I’m sharing what that’s looked like, what I’ve learned, and the rhythms that are helping me stay grounded and present. From what I’m loving to what’s not working, to the tools and boundaries (like my Brick for my phone) that help me step away with intention, this episode is all about creating space for peace in a world that’s always connected.
