Shadow to Self with Acharya Shunya

Acharya Shunya talks about being whole and coming into a relationship with the Shadow and the Self. Being human means accepting the co-existence of the appearance and the truth – this phenomenon she calls “Enlightened Vulnerability.” She instructs us not to blame our Shadow, and that the Shadow tends to perpetuate itself – till we infuse it with the Truth.
