He is also the director of mental conditioning for the UCLA women's basketball team and works with Russell Wilson's company, Limitless Minds to help teach the principles of great culture beyond the locker room into board rooms.

Collin has worked with huge companies such as Amazon, Nike, Microsoft, Sales Force, Lululemon, Alaska Airlines, and more. As a former two-sport D1 athlete at WSU who achieved a Pac-12 championship, captain, and academic all-American he has maintained relationships with other colleges across the country such as Miami University, Tulane, UW, WSU, Northern Arizona, and more where he consults on mental performance.

At WSU he obtained a Bachelor's in sports management and minor in business as well as a master's in education. He has written 7 books and creates content nationally for schools to help with social and emotional learning. In this interview we talk about how he got into mental performance, his journey, the concepts he teaches, and he even gives me advice on how to forge my own path.
