This is more common than you would imagine, and I am sure if you are in any sort of Leadership role you will have experienced this numerous times.
How do you bounce back from these losses of confidence?

When we experience a lack of confidence or feel discouraged, we have 2 choices:
Crash and Burn .......Give up
or
Bounce back.............Get up and go again.
Either is perfectly acceptable, but only one will lead you to the outcomes you desire.
