These are common questions that clinicians will have and if we don’t have a place to get them answered it is easy to get stuck. That’s where supervision comes in. This week Ray and Paul talk about how supervision is more than just a requirement for grad school, it is a support system that allows clinicians to grow and develop in their insight into mental health work and helps insure that they are doing right by those they work with.
