Let’s talk about a common scenario you may find yourself in – dealing with wilting lettuce or other leafy greens. No one wants to put that in a salad. So, if you open your fridge door and see a limp bunch of greens sitting in your produce drawer, what should you do? Just toss it away…along with your hard-earned money?

I hope you won’t! There are actually quite a few hacks you can use to revive that limp lifeless lettuce, depending on how severe its condition is at the time of discovery and when you hope to eat it. In this episode, I want to show you two simple strategies you can use to save those perishing lettuce leaves.
