· The beginning of the healing process is to identify and separate our different parts from our Spiritual Self so that we can free ourselves from the burdens we’ve been carrying.

· A story of an imaginary person at 5, 12, and 17 years of age is given to represent avoidant attachment

· Viewers are invited to take steps to increase their ability to create healthier relationships.
