When the topic of movement arises, it often evokes thoughts of exercise. However, we tend to underestimate the constant positioning and motion our bodies undergo throughout the day, affecting our muscles and joints. In today’s episode, author and biomechanist, Katy Bowman and I delved into the concept of "rethinking our position" and explored strategies for nurturing healthier movements of our body parts.
