Martina Gruppo is a courageous woman. She talks with Kim this week about how she lowered her boundaries so much that she became the victim of a narcissistic abuser. For eleven years, she gave everything and received nothing in return until she started realizing what she needed to do.
She also talks about literally seeing the light inside of her being switched back on and the three steps she used to bring her back to a place of healing and dancing in her own kitchen whenever she feels like it.
