We’ll explore the difference between a routine and a ritual, and how the latter can truly transform your self-care practice. I share my own self-care ritual, and walk you through the process for how to create one that is literally made for you. We’ll also go over the three foundational forms of self-care that must be a part of you daily life to foster personal growth, your emotional well-being and a life of joy, peace, and confidence to pursue what lights you up.

When you’re ready to create you own self-care practice, I’ve included a beautiful free resource that takes you through the process step by step with ideas for each of the 3 foundational elements that make up your ritual, so don’t forget to download your copy and set aside a specific date to design a ritual you love.
