This is a very raw and honest conversation around her mother's suicide, grief, breaking generational cycles, the healing and therapy Hannah has moved through to get to this point on her journey and how these very modalities have enhanced and changed her life.

Single mom to two girls. Daughter with Down Syndrome. Here to break the cycle of generational self abandonment and outsourcing their worth for validation. Teaching women to heal their abandonment wound by connecting to their mind body connection. Leading with intuition instead of anxiety.
