Moiyattu considers herself a Kingdom Builder purposed to unleash the destinies of women and girls to enable them to fulfill their divine purpose. She is passionate about developing sustainable communities, channeling resources, and developing tools for women and girls globally. Professionally, she is a Gender Development and Communications Professional with over 15 years of experience in developing strong communities and organizations for women and girls. She is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Girls Empowerment Sierra Leone, a social impact organization developing girls as leaders and change agents in Sierra Leone, and Founder of WCA Creatives a communications and business development firm that empowers women-led companies to become powerful communicators and business innovators. In the philanthropy sector, she serves in her current role at the African Women’s Development Fund USA, an executive board member of Strategic Partnerships and Communications. She also recently served as an advisor and wise panel head for the MacArthur Foundation's 100 & Change award.
Moiyattu has her Masters in Social Enterprise Administration from the Columbia University School of Social Work with a minor in Law. She is a multi-award honoree and has been recognized on various media platforms including Guardian Nigeria, Okay Africa Magazine’s Okay Africa 100 Woman Award as an Okay Africa Okay 100 Woman Honoree, and Leading Ladies Africa.
She is a woman of faith and serves as a visionary to God’s Kingdom in several ways including through the Warrior Women’s Prayer Ministry a ministry born to call forth women of God to live a life of prayer, service, and purpose. Her most recent project is her podcast titled Tea and Peppersoup a podcast focused on faith and mental wellness featuring stories to encourage women in their social impact and entrepreneurship journeys to live lives that are pleasing to God whilst fulfilling their divine purpose.
