Determined to provide proper guidance, she delved into prenatal and postnatal fitness research and obtained a certification in this specialized field. Today, Tina is dedicated to educating women on proper workout techniques and nutrition, particularly during and after pregnancy, to help them feel confident and strong in their bodies.
