Emily struggled with things like indecision, time management and was ultimately diagnosed with ADHD and it was after that diagnosis that the things she struggled with made sense. Today, I’m joined by Emily Weinberg. Emily works with adults who have or suspect they have ADHD to help educate them on what ADHD is and how it has shown up in their lives to help them become more aware of why things may have always seemed more challenging for them.
