Today's episode is... you guessed it, about the importance of your physical health for your survival mode. I will be sharing some of the reasons why your physical health can help improve your ability to deal with the daily added stressors that your survival mode can burden you physically. I will be sharing some low pressure tips of how to start and do simple, adjustable physical as well as, nutritional changes that will help you improve and easily maintain your physical health during times of long or extreme high stress periods during your life journey.
