Today we talk about internalised judgement and internalised patriarchy. We talk about divorce and blame. We circle back to Yin and Yang and all things containing their opposites. True receiving is discussed as considering the whole person meaning you must also be receptive to yourself receiving. We talk about pain and pleasure in the context of Yin and Yang.
