Mama is tired! You have a lot on your plate, you’re not getting enough sleep, you’re overstimulated and headed towards burn out….mama is TIRED.
One reason why I think we aren't "finding" the energy we need is because the tiredness/ exhaustion is coming in different ways. FInd out what way you are being exhausted and find the ways to overcome that and THEN you are on your way to more energy and excitement for life!
