Dr. Uma Naidoo is a Harvard trained board-certified Psychiatrist and professional chef and nutritional specialist who is considered a Nutritional Psychiatry Pioneer and the author of "This Is Your Brain On Food" and of her latest book "Calm Your Mind with Food" .
