Hey fantasyzers!!! Congrats for making it to week 3, and thank you for making us the number one HEATH podcast on itunes!! We're even destroying Oprah! Amazing!!! Fantasyze is now starting to happen for real! I'm feeling really good, even though i'm a run behind because of overmaximising my time in the Party Zone, which is also why this week is a bit behind time wise, but this is why we fantasyze, to maximize our PZ time. I was in at Triple J this morning and played some of week 2, so if that brought you here, hello! 2SER are getting totally behind it, as are RRR in melbourne, playing full episodes. Legends. Anyway, LETS GET INTO IT!!! This week, all the songs are remixes I have done for various bands over the years, and i'm excited to be sharing them with you all, enjoy! How amazing is free music! Pretty amazing.

So you know the drill, 9 week workout, new workout each week, do each work out 3 times in that week, it's that simple!!! DOWNLOAD THE WORKOUT SCHEDULE BY CLICKING THE LINK TO THE RIGHT so you know what you're doing!!! Otherwise, it's basically like this;
1. Download the Fantasyze podcast by clicking the link above or the itunes link to the right
2. Put podcast on your chosen music file player
3. Start Walking and press play
4. Listen to music, follow directions, run in the fast songs, walk in the slow (listen for the foghorn explosions...)
5. Get fit!
