Your body is always sending you signals, but so many of us have become disconnected due to stress, busyness, and thinking we have to do it all.

We’ve conditioned ourselves to ignore the body’s messages, like headaches, pain, and mood changes. We even tune out hunger and thirst in an effort to power through our never ending to-do list.

But these symptoms are a signal that something isn’t quite right. It’s a “check engine” light from our body.

My guest on this episode, Thalia Pellegrini, nutritional therapist and former BBC journalist, shares her wisdom on decoding the underlying causes of symptoms that can occur around perimenopause and menopause and how to address the root causes.

Known as the Knackered Mums Nutritionist she works with women to address health issues ranging from PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, perimenopause and menopause, fatigue (including chronic fatigue) and low energy.
