Ever wondered why certain situations or environments make you more susceptible to binge eating? Perhaps it’s because of conditioned neuro-associations that have been created in your brain thorough your life.
Neuro-associations are the links that are created between what you experience and the emotions and thoughts connected with it.
In today’s podcast episode, I want to talk about:
- Differences between neuro-associations and habit
- Ways to recondition your neuro-associations around food
- How to rewire your neural pathways to link positive emotion with eating “fear foods” so that you can enjoy your favorite foods without feeling guilty
- How do your thoughts create your feelings and how to dismiss unhelpful thoughts to create a more pleasant experience
- How to intentionally create more positive neuro-associations
Enjoy this episode!
