Here at Fad Lads, Chris & Dok challenge themselves to commit to a fad, lifestyle, health regime or mental wellness activity EVERYDAY for a month. It could be a simple as running 3k a day, not eating carbs, meditating for 30min a day, perhaps it's just reading a chapter a of a book or painting for 30 mins a day.. The point is... you have to do it EVERY day for a set period of time.How this show works is we set each other the monthly challenge and report halfway through as to how it’s going. At the end of the month we discuss what, if any, benefits we have experienced. Each month will be a new challenge and will be for the body or mind in some way or other.
