I understand completely. Each November, you enter with hope and a half-baked plan to make the holiday season better. You'll fix what didn't work last year. It will be less hectic and stressful. But once again your calendar is filling up, your expectations are growing, and you're finding yourself saying YES when you really want to say NO. Is it too late to get a hold of this crazy train?
