Above all, Andrea is fascinated our decision-making skills as humans in situations of uncertainty and complexity. Too often, we use problem-focused and destructive ways of dealing with these.

With her company “A Better Way”, Andrea aims to bring clarity, calm and sustainable solutions to corporate and individual clients wishing to find a better way to deal with conflict, crisis, and uncertainty.

Andrea brings more than 14 years’ organisational experience in leading executive roles in the diplomatic, academic and business world, including as crisis manager, before founding her own company “A Better Way” offering mediation and conflict resolution interventions, and trainings to organisations and individuals.

As a double accredited Mediator (Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation SKWM; Schweizerischer Dachverband Mediation SDM-FSM), and with an academic foundation in Intercultural Communication, Law, Conflict & Security Studies, Andrea is a strong believer in life-long learning. Hence, she continued to invest in her learning through numerous certificates in Crisis management, Organisational Leadership in Uncertainty, and Business Strategy, and a Mindfulness Teacher Certification Program.
Her services include: Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Conflict Coaching, Facilitated Dialogue, Large-group interventions, Mindfulness for decision-making and leadership, Workshops & Trainings, Public Speaking.

Outside her work, Andrea is likely to be found exploring the beautiful landscapes of Switzerland and anywhere in the world, mountaineering, practicing martial arts, loving life and learning.
