I wanted to take time to talk about my experience with grief and some of the revelations I've had since then. This was something that wasn't completely unexpected, but it was still sudden. I was able to spend time with loved ones and be reminded of the things that truly matter in my life. In this episode I also talk about what it means to truly surrender, dealing with uncertainty, and getting comfortable with facing some uncomfortable truths.
