Harnessing personal power and choice is a mantra I encourage you to adopt as you recognize the impact your decisions hold over your life.
It's important to recognize how deeply ingrained these tethers are. From genetic coding being revealed by epigenetics, the influence of inherited patterns, the beliefs we hold, the patterning in our nervous system – these tethers hold down the untapped potential within us all.
