And it’s easy to understand why: Nurses are on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic, and they are bearing the brunt of the impact. Burnout is a real issue. Attrition rates are rising and retention rates are falling. But nurses are also part of the solution, especially in addressing long term primary care shortages that are predicted to come.
