Today we’re covering the 5 most common mistakes not to make the week before your ultra with incredible, unassailable coach and physio, Tim Pigott from HP3 Coaching because I have the Arc of Attrition 50 miler on Saturday and I'm about to do it in a fairly new pair of my fave ultra running shoes, without great prior training and feeling a cold from my toddler coming on - should you run at all the week beforehand? So Tim's going to explain what not to do just before your next ultra, and a few last minute things that will help you out and make you feel more confident. Thanks coach Tim!
