Whether it's focusing on yourself and spending time with friends or keying someone's car and releasing your inner heaux, is there really a wrong way to handle the aftermath of your heart being torn from your chest?
In this week's Real Dumb Questions, Annmarie and Echo also give advice to a girl whose boyfriend won't stop breaking up with her and another who is considering breaking up with her long-distance boyfriend.
