Ok sister, let’s talk about sex in perimenopause. As you know, a lot is changing in our female body and brain during this time but you can still have a thriving, juicy sex life and today’s guest is here to teach us how.

Chloe is an internationally certified Somatic Sex Coach and Intimacy Educator. She is the founder of Honey-ed. She is also the host of “Honey-ed: Intimacy Made Easy” podcast which provides bite-sized sex and intimacy tips for time-poor women. Her background, qualifications, and teaching lineage include Somatic Sex Coaching, Feminine Sexuality, the Art of Love Making, Conscious Kink, Lingam and Yoni Worship, Women’s' Circle Facilitation, certified Holistic Nutrition coach and Mastermind facilitator to 100+.

A few years ago Chloe was struggling with low libido, overwhelmed with shame, constantly fatigued and trying to juggle life and running a business. She was deeply unsatisfied in her relationship and too embarrassed to admit as a Sex Coach, she was so far from the sex life she deeply desired. Chloe blamed herself, got angry and frustrated with her body and tried everything to convince herself this was part of getting older and being in a long term relationship.
