As an athlete who had to quit because of her physical conditions from her eating disorder, Kelsey dives into how she felt after re-feeding, how she approaches disordered eating, and when she thinks calorie counting is beneficial. Through education, Kelsey provides her favorite way to get individuals to begin to approach their relationships with food and how movement can help heal your relationship with food and body image.
