Sahil and Huda speak with Associate Professor in the Social and Decision Sciences Department at Carnegie Mellon University about how personal bias affects decision making. We discuss how other people's perceptions could influence the way someone may make decisions about their future, especially when it comes to the stereo-types that are made based on people's skin color and race, and how dangerous these ingrained stereo-types can actually be for someone.
