To kick off the first episode of The Hastings Harvest, I interview Chris Moore. Chris is a good friend of mine that I was introduced to on social media, and we share a lot of the same values and beliefs. Chris is also a vegan bodybuilder like myself with a physique that I would say is quite better than mine, and he currently runs an Instagram with around 16k followers where he showcases his life as well as fitness tips. Along with that, he also sells workout plans and meal plans just like myself. To check him out, search up @moore__chris on instagram. In this podcast, we dive into many different vegan fitness topics, including how his extreme anxiety was cured thanks to a vegan diet, why he works out twice a day, and why the protein myth and amino acid myth is bullshit.
