Have you ever wondered why your health and fitness regimen goals are unsuccessful? You spend tons of money and time working out or eating healthy only to find your plans derailed a few weeks in. How you reach your goals may not be the problem but more often defining your "why" is what's keeping you from achieving success. In this episode, I talk about how setting an intention and vision can be the key to reaching your health goals.
