Jan has been a senior policy advisor on women in STEM since 1999. She set up Katalytik in 2004 and researches, writes and speaks on women and intersectionality. And on transforming engineering education to be inclusive. Jan has an MBE for services to women and diversity in engineering. We discuss: 1. Inclusion in engineering is so important and central to engineers and engineers it just can't be left to chance 2. People need to notice more and listen better so teams are stronger and people are happier 3.
