How you perform under pressure depends on how well you’ve prepared for the battle. Legendary athletes will tell you that games are won before a foot is set on the court (by deep, focused, heroic practice).
When I mentor a client, one of the protocols I put in place within the first week of the advisory engagement is a world-class morning routine. This ensures that they are positive, focused, energized and extremely productive in this time of volatility and negativity.
