In this week's episode...Welcome to Episode 200!
I consider that we are in a spiritual battle in Australia and worldwide, a battle between good and evil.
This battle is part of what I see as World War III, which has been underway since early 2020.
I've identified 12 different battle fronts in this war. Winning this war means two things to me: regaining our rights and freedoms as they existed at the end of 2019, and ensuring the proper application of each nation's constitution by non-corrupted, non-politicised judges and authorities.
This battle is not just physical but energetic, with good energy versus evil energy.
To fight this battle, we must strengthen our spiritual capabilities. Here are some practical steps:
- Understand that fear is not spiritual. Being fearful weakens you and robs you of your freedoms. Perfect love casts out all fear, as the Bible says. Developing your spiritual strengths will reduce fear and restore and preserve your freedoms.
- Identify the spiritual aspects of your life. These include family, friends, faith, fun, forgiveness, freedom, philosophy, fortitude, and fearlessness. When you consciously know these elements it increases your ability to understand and engage in the spiritual battle.
- Engage in spiritual practices such as prayer, attending church, and participating in a faith community. These practices nourish your spirit and provide support from like-minded individuals.
- Strengthen your relationships with family and friends, especially those who share your values and want good to triumph over evil.
- Have more fun. Fun is a spiritual aspect that lightens your spirit and helps you resist fear.
- Challenge yourself with hard tasks to build fortitude and fearlessness. Doing hard things prepares you for difficult times, ensuring you can cope when challenges arise.
I'm up for this spiritual battle, and I hope you are too.
Knowing what is good versus evil depends on your philosophy. This clarity will help you build your strength to fight the spiritual battle effectively.
For resources this week, I recommend tapping into music that moves your soul. For me, Christian hymns have been a significant part of my spiritual upbringing and journey. "Music is the language of the soul" and can be a powerful spiritual building tool.
I also recommend the book "The Cost of Discipleship" by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, which discusses the need to build our spiritual strength.
