In this episode we talk about her Dāśa mahāvidyā course where over 12 months she takes her students on an exploration of the 10 Tantric Goddesses that make up the Mahavidya. These Goddesses have much to teach us about how we live our lives, how we relate to the world, both internal and external and about the traditions that underpin our yoga and meditation practices.
