Our guest today is Lauren Chiren, Founder and CEO of Women of a Certain Stage.

But before that.. she was a senior exec in financial services when she noticed that her recall and retention weren't as sharp as they used to be.

After a period of time, to avoid being seen as weak or vulnerable, and with her self-confidence on the floor, she left her job.

Lauren believed to have early-onset dementia. It was only later, after three trips to her doctor, that she discovered to have been through menopause.

Today she is sharing her journey to menopause at work, and how women can thrive in their careers and overcome the challenges of menopause.
