#18: What if Your Goal Isn't Really Yours? How to Tell When Your Goals are Misaligned

Have you ever felt stuck, even when you're the one driving your work, goals, and dreams? Have you started on the path to achieving your dream only to find yourself stagnating, feeling aimless, bored, or lacking motivation? If you've experienced this flat feeling when it comes to your dreams and your goals, you're not alone. Not even close.
But what is it that causes something that once lit us up to start feeling flat? And I use the word flat deliberately because to me, that's what it feels like when I get in this stuck place and I keep trying to push... it's like pedaling on a bicycle with a flat tire.
So why does this happen? What makes a goal feel flat? Where does it comes from?
There are many reasons why a goal could stop lighting our fire, like burnout and life taking over when we just have lots to do. But this week I wanted to focus on one in particular. And I'll share it in the form of a question: What if my goal isn't really what I want?
