One of the things I enjoy most about running the Breakthrough Emotional Eating community on Facebook is getting to answer questions about emotional eating and weight loss directly from our members. And the reason I love it so much is that I am usually the answers that I am sharing are not at all what people are expecting.

Let’s be honest….most people do not think that overeating, or craving certain foods, has anything to do with their thoughts and beliefs about themselves, but it has more to do with that than you know. And that is what I love the most….sharing that life-changing information with people.

On this podcast, I addressed a variety of questions from members and the majority of them always came back to one simple premise…..how are you thinking, feeling, and believing about yourself and if you don’t get that dialed in, you are climbing an uphill battle.

But how do you do that kind of work on yourself?

In this podcast, I outline what I offer to those people who are ready to look deeply within themselves to figure out why they overeat and how to change the ingrained thought patterns that aren’t serving their lives. The Breakthrough Membership is what I have created to educate and support those women who are wanting to change their relationship with food and themselves, and creating a life of normal eating habits and patterns.
