For this episode of the Bloom Seed Library Podcast we are excited to be catching up with Eric Wunsch! Eric was an actor in the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble here in Bloomsburg PA, and provided our community with masterful acting in numerous productions that entertained and benefited our community. Eric had a change of career about 2 years ago that led him to be an Assistant Farm Manager at Kimberton CSA. The Kimberton CSA is a ten-acre Biodynamic, organic mixed vegetable farm in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. We’re going to chat about Eric’s life, what he has experienced in his new career, and provide pieces of information that you may find useful in understanding how farms, CSA’s and gardening works.
