This week we are joined by Matthew Caruana. In this episode, Matt shares his powerful story of resilience and how he at 16 years old attempted suicide and severed his spinal cord, becoming a paraplegic. Despite the challenges he has faced through his injury Matt has come to find meaning in his life. We also discussed the importance of having conversations about mental health and reaching out to support others.
