In the last one week, I have had several episodes of highs and lows; ups and downs. I was swimming in emotions - pleasant and unpleasant ones. When I looked back, I realise that it was such a bad week after all. There was still so much to be grateful for and so much to look forward to. Today, I share ways by which we can be more compassionate towards ourselves by simply honouring our emotions.
