Sarah Williams is the CEO and founder of two 7-figure businesses. Her service has three subscription boxes serving 3,000 monthly customers. But she started with a brick-and-mortar biz, and it took her 18 months to work through how to make a box work. Eventually, 44 customers signed up for her first-ever box.
She has also worked with thousands of subscription box owners and those wanting to start a subscription box, providing in-depth training that takes them through each step of starting, launching and growing their business. She is also the host of Launch Your Box.
Sarah talks about what she’s learned and how she got started, with some good takeaways for our audience. In fact, she now coaches others to launch their own subscription boxes.
