Luke breaks down his process of teaching 9-5'ers how to kill their jobs by generating leads for local businesses using Rank & Rent SEO.

If you're not familiar, the process is pretty simple:

1. Identify a profitable niche
2. Build a simple website
3. Rank the website at the top of Google so it produces leads
4. Send the leads to a local business in return for a "rental fee"

The same skillset can also be used by any business to generate its own leads.
Luke was once a regular 9-5 guy making $40k/yr. living in New York. Luke finally decided he had enough working for someone else and ditched his comfy Human Resources job in pursuit of career freedom.
