Tova Benisty is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, gym coach, TRX coach, and pre and post-natal trainer.
Through her work with women, she realized that many women are unaware of what happens to their bodies postpartum, how to exercise correctly after giving birth, and that a weak core is healable.
She began learning about diastasis recti in-depth, and after starting to train women with specifically tailored exercises, she understood that there was a real need for a broken-down daily program that women could incorporate into their busy lives.
She has helped hundreds of postpartum mamas reclaim their strength and confidence.
