After years of hiding away, making a baby, then becoming a mum, and of course the 'Lockdowns', I am finally back out networking again. Its been a long time since i saw many of my old connections and networking friends and it felt great! Great to feel like i've still got it and great to make some new friends and have some laughs. I did have a whopping flashback though, to just how far i have come since before having Roman. I have changed in so many ways and holy crap i was in a dark place when going through IVF. It made me so grateful for everything i have today and what a wonderful feeling to praise myself in my efforts. Good job Sally.
I have been sitting like a monster in my comfort zone, just festering around being petrified of anything good or bad that could happen. This is not me. The comfort zone sucks! It leaves you stagnant and mouldy. So, even though i am bricking it most days, I am getting out of this debilitating funk! I am challenging myself daily and determined to see my cold water swimming through to the ice!! Oh yes! Watch this space.
Anyone else love a hug from Wim Hoff?? I just love the man.
