073: Fear Hates Focus

Time to Pivot

Why am I so excited to talk about fear? Because we all experience it on some level; it’s normal. It’s a trigger that’s meant to keep us safe, but more often than not, it keeps us stuck or even paralyzed.

Again, why the excitement? Because we can absolutely learn to move through that fear and even use it to do great things, serve others, experience acceptance, surrender, joy, gratitude, peace, and boost our self-confidence! Crazy, right?

We can harness those big, scary, totally normal feelings, laser focus on our mission or task at hand, and ultimately leave the fear behind and live the life that’s meant for us.

The question is: are you willing to bravely make the choice to no longer let fear determine your future?
